3. FAX your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to (561) 734-2321. Please download an order form from the website. Click here to download and print an order form. Please note that we manually input fax orders into our online web cart. Therefore, fax orders are not guaranteed to be processed the same day as they are received. Expedited faxed orders received before noon, will ship the following business day. If you need your order sent expedited the same day, please order online before noon of that day.

PAYMENT METHODS

CREDIT CARDS

We accept VISA and Mastercard

We verify billing addresses provided by our customers with our credit card services. If your billing address does not match the billing address your bank has on file, your order might be delayed. This can happen because of recent moves, incorrect or no billing address provided, or through bank error. We will not provide compensation for orders that are held back because of address verification issues.

DEBIT CARDS

Infrequently, we need to void a debit card transaction. This can result in funds being frozen or held up in the debit account which can cause problems with the debit account depending on the balance at that time. We will not assume any responsibility if funds are held up that affect your banking transactions including (but not limited to) returned check fees or any other associated charges.

CHECKS (PERSONAL AND BUSINESS)

We accept checks but do require them to clear prior to shipping products. All checks will be held for two weeks. Returned checks are subject to a $20 bank charge fee. Orders paid by money order will be shipped as soon as payment is received.

C.O.D.

We do not ship C.O.D.

PAYPAL

We do not accept PayPal payments.

TERMS

We do not accept Open Accounts or Net Terms.

MINIMUM ORDER

We do not have a minimum dollar order amount on orders shipped within the United States. Most items come in prepackaged quantities and therefore have a minimum order quantity.

SHIPPING

Most orders will ship within 2 business days of receipt. Please note that during certain times, the shipping turnaround time may be greater. Expedited shipping methods are available for additional fees.? We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

The following shipping and handling fees apply to bead only orders. These fees are for US Priority and include delivery confirmation. Priority Mail will usually arrive between 2-3 days after shipping. The US Post Office does not guarantee that your package will be delivered in 2-3 days but we find that it usually does.

Orders containing crystal prisms vary greatly in weight. Shipping is determined at the time of packing based on the weight of the package. These orders will ship either Fedex or US Mail whichever is less expensive.

Please note that US Post Office is closed and will not deliver packages on the following days for 2025:

INSURANCE

For Insured Shipments Only:

USPS 1st Class Mail

If you order is under $50, you will can choose to ship it 1st Class Mail. The post office generally delivers 1st Class mail in 3-5 business days. Packages are not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame and variances can occur. All 1st Class packages will include Delivery Confirmation. 1ST Class Shipping rate does not apply to International orders (please see full International Policy in FAQ).

USPS Priority Mail

The post office generally delivers Priority mail in 2-3 business days. Packages are not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame and variances can occur. All Priority packages will include Delivery Confirmation.

Fedex

There are several options when shipping Fedex. Fees are calculated by Fedex based on package weight and delivery location. Not all options are available to all customers. The options presented at checkout are determined by Fedex. For Overnight services, Fedex estimates delivery in the timeframes listed below. If Fedex has you listed in a rural delivery area, you will receive your package later. INM Crystal does not determine which addresses are rural. If you have any questions regarding rural delivery, please contact fedex at 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339.). INM Crystal can not answer questions regarding estimated delivery times.

Fedex orders must be placed by 12:00pm EST or they will be shipped the following business day. Delivery times are based on the date the package is shipped, not necessarily the date the order was placed. Please note that Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes.

Picking up orders

We are a mail order only company and do not allow customers to pick up orders.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All International orders must be placed online. We verify credit card billing information on all International packages that ship. If your credit card billing information does not match your shipping address, we will not ship the package unless you wire the funds to our bank. Please contact us for wire instructions and be advised that your bank will likely charge you a fee for this service. We will ship International packages via USPS Global Express Mail, or USPS Priority Mail International, whichever is less expensive. Once order leaves our warehouse, Global Express Mail is usually delivered in approximately 5-7 business days and the Priority Mail option will take about 15 business days to be delivered. If you have a preferred shipping method, please note it in the comments section when submitting your order. International packages may require a signature on delivery. Rates vary by Country and weight of package but typically start at $20 - $25. International customers assume all responsibilities for duties and taxes assessed. Any customs fees or taxes imposed by customs for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of INM Crystal, Inc. Customs fees and taxes will vary and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. All packages will be declared at their actual commercial value for duty purposes. We are unable to alter this declaration.

Backorders:
International orders with backordered items will receive a shipping credit in the amount of $5.95 (USD). Shipping of backorders or orders with backordered items to international locations is not free.

Canadian Customers:
Your orders will be subject to GST and/or HST if they contain any silver or gold beads (these taxes could exceed 20% of the cost of the order). They will also go into the Courier pool and you will be charged a fee from the Canadian Postal System IN ADDITION to the shipping fees charged by INM Crystal. INM Crystal only ships Global Express and/or Fedex to Canada - we do not ship regular mail.

At this time, INM Crystal does not ship to the following countries:

SALES TAX

If your order is being shipped to anywhere other than the state of Florida, we are not required to collect sales tax on your purchase and therefore, we do not require a copy of your sales tax/resale certificate.

ORDER CHANGES

Once your order is submitted, your order is considered final. If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at info@inmcrystal.com or call us at (561) 734-2101. We will try our best to make your necessary changes. However, sometimes we are unable to make the requested change before your order ships and in these cases (regardless of when the request was submitted), it is the customer's responsibility to pay additional shipping charges or return shipping.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

The website indicates which items are currently in stock with a green checkmark () and which items are currently out of stock with a red checkmark (). Inventory discrepancies can occur and occasionally an item that shows in stock at the time your ordered it, will not ship.

Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to give exact dates for when a product will be back in stock. As a general rule of thumb, most out of stock items will come back into inventory within 2 to 3 weeks. However, this is not always the case. There are many issues that our purchasing department has no control over including manufacturer's production schedules and delays in customs that make it difficult to keep every one of our 4500+ items in stock at the same time. Please check our website regularly to see if your item has come back into inventory. When the item is back in inventory, you will see a green checkmark () next to that item.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS

We do not offer any discounts over and beyond the quantity discounts listed on our websites. Some of the Swarovski beads are offered in Factory Packs.

Quantity discounts are only applicable when buying the same items, size and color. The only exception to this is the alphabet beads. Alphabet bead letters can be combined to receive quantity discounts within a particular size and style.

If only part of your item quantity is available at the time of order placement, the quantity discount given is that of the amount shipped in that order.

BACKORDERS

When you are placing an online order, items that are out of stock are indicated with a red check mark () next to them. If you want to backorder the item, type in the quantity you need in the box to the left of the Buy Now button and then click the Buy Now button. You will get a message in red telling you how many were placed on backorder. You must completely check out your order for those items to register as backordered in the system.

When you’re items arrive back into inventory, you will receive an email notification unless you have opted out of the notification. At this time, you can order the backordered items by following the procedure below:

1. Log into www.inmcrystal.com and click on the My Account link at the top right side of the page.
2. Click on View the items I have on backorder.

If you wish to purchase an item that is back in stock, enter the quantity in the Buy Now box and click the Buy Now button. You may also add other, non-backordered items to this order and still receive free shipping!

If this order is placed online, you will receive free standard shipping on the order via the most economical method. Free shipping only applies to non-expedited orders shipped to the U.S.

If you choose to have your order sent by Federal Express or if you are shipping to an International location, the shipping fee will be reduced by $2.00.

NOTE: to receive free or reduced shipping on your order, you must include at least one backordered item in the order, and place that order online.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Sale pricing only applies while items are on sale. Sale items that are backordered while on sale but purchased when not on sale, will be billed at the regular price. Sterling Silver and 14 Karat Gold Filled product prices will change with the fluctuating silver and gold market prices. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or for any reason, INM Crystal shall have the right to refuse or cancel any items and/or orders placed at the incorrect price. INM Crystal shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such items and/or orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your item and/or order is canceled, INM Crystal shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL BEAD COLORS

Regular Colors are transparent and colored throughout the item. Below is a list of some of the crystal colors and a description of those colors.

Opaque Colors are not transparent. Below is a list of some of the opaque colors:

ALL ABOUT PRISMS

QUALITY - There are three factors that determine the quality of a crystal prism. They are:

1. Lead content - The highest quality crystals will have a very high lead content (up to 30%)
2. Optical Purity - An optically pure crystal prism is free of any internal bubbles or streaks.
3. Cut and Polish - Machine cut and polished crystal prisms guarantee perfect cutting, exact geometry, and precise angles.

REFRACTION – There are several factors that affect how a crystal prisms will break up sunlight and reflect rainbows. They are:

• Overall Quality - The higher the lead content, the better the cut, and the more optically pure a prism is, the better the prisms will refract light. Prisms with lower and no lead content will refract light but the rainbows may appear paler.
• Size - The larger the surface area of a prism is, the more likely it is to catch the light and refract it.
• Facets - Different facets create different types of rainbows. For example, a crystal ball #8550 has many small facets and will refract many tiny dots of rainbows. The crystal heart #8781 has a few long cut facets and will produce fewer rainbows but they will be larger longer rainbows.
• Coated Prisms - Prisms that are coated with an Aurora Borealis finish (AB) will not break up the light as well as a prism with no coating at all such as plain crystal color or transparent colors.

Swarovski Strass™ – 8000 Series

Any prism starting with the number 8___ not including the Spectra™ prisms which begin with 8290. These prisms are manufactured by Swarovski, the world leader in Austrian Crystal and they are considered the top of the line. They are fully-leaded, machine cut and polished and optically pure.

Swarovski Spectra™ – 8290 Lead Free Series

Any prism starting with the number 8290-____. These prisms are manufactured by Swarovski, the world leader in Austrian Crystal. They are lead-free, machine cut and polished, and optically pure. A nice alternative to the Strass™ line for a little less money.

Austrian Prisms – 3000 Series

Any prism starting with the number 3____. These crystals are 30 % full-leaded-crystals, machine cut and mirror finished. The cut crystals reach a high level of brilliance and reflection at a very attractive price.

Made in Austria – 1000 Series

Any prism starting with the number 1____. These prisms are lead-free and they are not optically pure. That said, we should state that these prisms most often have no noticeable internal flaws. They are definitely worth giving a try and they are the most economical prisms we carry.

Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act - limits for lead in childrens' jewellery as of 10 February 2009.

Dear Customers,

Preciosa would like to inform you that all crystal components made by Preciosa are enriched with lead, for that reason, Preciosa until further notice cannot recommend the use of its components in any product intended for children under age of 12.

This decision is based on our assumption that crystal components Preciosa currently supplies will not meet 600ppm lead limit set in Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act for ' products.

Preciosa has decided to take these measures although several independent studies have clearly proved that the lead is bonded in the silicate matrix of glass. As a result, the strength of bond prevents the lead from leaking out in an amount dangerous to humans. That applies to even such accidents when crystals happened to be swallowed.

Being aware of importance that children's products have to your sales, Preciosa along with other producers are applying for an exclusion granted to crystal components. If the exclusion is not granted, Preciosa will take all necessary steps to support you to achieve your sales targets.

The following report should provide you with a thorough understanding of federal law HR 4040 also known as the CPSIA (the Consumer Product Safety Improvements Act of 2008).

Scope of the regulation

The CPSIA pertains to ' products ONLY. There are no federal laws, regulations or standards in effect for ' products that would restrict the use of crystal.

The state standards in California (A.B. 1681 for jewelry) and their equivalent in Minnesota are still in effect, permitting unrestricted use of leaded crystal on adults' jewelry.

Definition of products covered by HR 4040

While the CPSIA contains some general obligations, the CPSIA lead limits apply ONLY to ' products. ' products are defined as " consumer product designed or primarily intended for children 12 years of age or younger".

Timing and Provisions:

Certain provisions of HR 4040 pertaining to ' products will be implemented over the next three years. Those seeking an in-depth understanding of the provisions should read the law in its entirety and/or seek advice from a legal counsel.
